A seasonal, vegetarian & vegan dinner crafted in collaboration with Jeremy (Bel Mundo) and vegetables from Courjette CSA. Celebrate the autumn harvest with:

• Fresh, hand-picked vegetables

• House-made ferments with a Belgian twist

• Creative, traceable dishes built around biodiversity

• One homemade fermented drink included (alcohol-free)

Price: 25€ per person

This dinner is part of Justice on the Table, a day of food, film, and dialogue organized with Slow Food International, Impacte ASBL & Fermenthings, in the context of the Good Food Good Farming Days of Action 2025.
