Get ready for a day packed with spice, flavor, and good vibes! Fermenthings is hosting Brussels’ very first Hot Sauce Fest, bringing together the best of the Belgian hot sauce scene along with some fiery guests from the Netherlands and France.

Expect a laid-back atmosphere filled with tastings, challenges, and workshops, where you can explore the world of hot sauces and fermentation. Whether you’re a chili head or just curious, there’s something for everyone—think also foodtrucks, hands-on sessions, and plenty of bold flavors.

21 available Amateur Hot Sauce A team of 5 professional sauce maker and tastemakers will deliberate on the best amateur sauce of Brussels. Do you make your hot sauce at home and want to challenge our jury. Subscribe here and bring your Hot Sauce before 16h at the festival and maybe win a visit to West Land Peppers and the possibility to make a 20L batch of your sauce in the kitchen of Fermenthings!
