Over the past five years, Fermenthings has hosted more than 500 workshops and welcomed around 4000 participants to discover, taste, and play with fermentation. From first-time kimchi makers to kombucha brewers, miso stirrers, and hot sauce experimenters — you are all part of this growing living culture.

Now it’s time to bring that community back together.
The Fermenthings Alumni Gathering is an evening to reconnect, share what you’ve been fermenting since your workshop, and celebrate how far this movement has come.

What to expect:

• Tasting table with some of our latest creations

• Open exchange corner where everyone can share their own ferments

• Reflections and stories from five years of bubbling experiences

• A look ahead at what’s next for Urban Fermentory COOP and the future of fermentation in Brussels

Whether you joined a single class years ago or have been part of our community from the start, this evening is for you. Come meet old friends, new faces, and a room full of wild microbes.
