A Very Spicy Night: Arrache-toi un oeil X Don Quesadillo X Fermenthings

If roses and candlelight aren’t your thing, this might be a better way to spend Valentine’s Day.
Before the return of Master of Peppers on June 13, Fermenthings invites you to an evening dedicated to unique, personal approaches to chili and heat.
At the center of the night: Dragon’Ass hot sauces, created by Arrache-toi un œil, a French design duo exploring chili through flavour, process and identity. Their sauces range from cooked preparations to recipes built with lacto-fermented ingredients, offering a wide spectrum of heat, depth and texture.
The sauces will be paired with street food by Don Quesadillo, serving tacos designed to work with heat rather than fight it.
On the drinks side, Fermenthings will explore fermented beverages and kombucha-based pairings, playing with acidity, fruit and spice to complement the sauces.
It’s heat, fat, acid and funk sharing the same table.
