In this workshop we share our knowledge and passion for miso and koji. Come and discover this fascinating world and take home your own handmade miso!

nuumiso guide you into the world of Japanese traditional fermented foods which has a deep history.
You can enjoy 6 mise-en-bouches ( vegetarian or with fish), miso soup, and onigiri rice balls
accompanied by a unique precious Japanese sake (optionnel, 7 sakes for 25 euro).
Miso has been consumed in Japan since the 8th century, and miso soup dish first became popular around the 12th century.
Since then, miso soupe has contributed to the diet and health of the Japanese people, being a complete food with nutritional value.
Please enjoy the infinite Umami that spreads in your mouth, with a cup of delicious tea (free) and precious Japanese sake (optionnel).
