For all of our hot sauces we ferment the ingredients in a salt brine for around 3 weeks. During this process the acidity forms and the vegetables have the time to create complex flavors. The chili develops a nice fruity spiciness. 


All our hot sauces are processed, cooked up and hot filled into the bottle.
