Let’s introduce” Les Coopains de la Boulangerie”

“Les Coopains” is a non-profit baker collective based in Brussels, Belgium. They bake sourdough bread in a shared space with Koffie Entre Amies at BE-HERE  in Laken, using locally grown and milled grains by Flietermolen. They organize workshops, among others in collaboration with Eatmosphere and Molleke, and bring together micro-bakeries in and around Brussels to share knowledge and experiences. And last but not least, they dream of their own collective bread atelier to bring more bread and other goodies!
