In this workshop, we start from the beginning, with flour, water, and salt. We touch upon the important aspects of sourdough baking and how to live in coexistence with our sourdough starter. Together, we will discover all the steps to make your own sourdough bread at home. You will go home with a sourdough starter, a fermenting dough, and the knowledge to continue your sourdough journey.
