Fermenthings #ontour: Cheese and Cider pairing with la Fruitière

When we are craving some cheese, there is one address in particular we go visit each time: La Fruitière. The best Comté in town, and an overall wonderful experience to pass by the shop.
That is why we are organizing a joint event with them on our tour.

The concept:

5 ciders from France, Scotland, Ireland and Belgium
5 cheeses that will be revealed later
1 introduction course into pairing.

In this pairing workshop you will learn about the different cider styles and cheeses and how particular taste goes well together. It will be up to you to find the best combo and argument why it tastes so good together after we shared the theory.
