This natural fermented yellow ketchup is made using yellow tomatoes and miso in Brussels. Less sweet but more sour than any industrial ketchup, this sauce is going back to its original roots: the kecap sauces from Indonesia (a brown and very spicy hot sauce). Try it with fries or any other food, you can also add sugar if you like it.
