Last year we settled our little red “roulotte” at the charming fields of CSA courjette near the Laerbeekbos. We organized a staycation and discovered the wonderful potential of smoking food. This year we want to continue parts of this project by opening up our smokey monday to a larger public.

We will be starting up the smoker, the green egg and maybe more stuff from 14h onwards. You are invited to join us, experiment too, come taste and discuss about food. Mondays will be an open invitation for food enthousiasts to come discover this particular part of Brussels and exchange vision and hopes about what food could become in the future.

There is no particular price to pay, but we will appriciate donations for the facilities we provide
Cold drinks can be bought on the field (but are limited)
