Fermentation | Degustation is a bimonthly get together for people who want to explore the realm of beverage fermentation from around the globe. Every two weeks we will sample a certain theme, dive deep into it’s creation, gather stories from the producers and have a great moment describing what we taste. The aim is to get you out of your comfort zone, make you acquainted with new types of ferment, or discover new producers.
Spanish Natural Wines 1.0.1
While pandemic hit, we took the time to dive deeper into natural wine territory and got in contact with the people working on the field, importing wine and bringing it to a broader public. While learning is still ongoing we want to share an evening with you around some remarkable houses from the spanish terroir. Three different wine makers, three different styles will be the talking point of the evening: 9+ cellar (fruity, easy drinkeably natural wines), La Senda (tannic, heavy but super rich), Enestos Lugares (No filter, pure funky natural)
