Fermenthings – Yellow Habanero & Black Garlic
Contenant: Yellow Habanero – Black Garlic – Onion – Ginger- Salt – Water
Story: While our classical Yellow Habanero is one of my favorite peppers to work with thanks to the great fruity flavor it brings (think mango, pineapple,…) we wanted to contrast it with another great flavor profile: our own produced black garlic. The result: a well-balanced and much more subtile ferment that brings certain longevity to the taste.
