We are happy to announce the full program of our summer field workshops we will be hosting at CourJette the following months.
Since more then 3 years we are enjoying this little heaven of rest on the outskirts of Brussels.
8th May: Introduction to the world of fermentation – theory and tasting
12 June: Field Kimchi – Making a kimchi with what is ready on the field
