The fermentation of food is a technique that has been used for several thousand years. Thanks to this method, instead of spoiling, food can be preserved for several weeks or even months. Nowadays, one-third of the world’s food comes from fermentation techniques. Fermenthings is a committed project that aims to share and create a community around this beautiful form of production, which is fermentation.
In our new location at Be-Here, our goal is to become a unifying place for everything related to fermentation through production, tasting, experimentation, and networking. During these Crash Course evenings, Fermenthings offers a fermentation night featuring an agenda of theoretical introduction, sharing of best practices, and tastings to set you on the right path.

La fermentation des aliments est une technique vieille de plusieurs milliers d’années. Grâce à cette technique, au lieu de se gâter, les aliments se conservent plusieurs semaines, voire plusieurs mois. De nos jours, 1/3 de l’alimentation mondiale provient des techniques de la fermentation. Fermenthings est un projet engagée qui souhaite partager et créer une communauté autour de cette belle forme de production qu’est la fermentation.
Dans notre nouvel endroit au Be-Here nous avons comme but de devenir un lieu fédérateur de tous ce que concerne la fermentation via la production, la dégustation, l’experimentation et la rencontre. Lors de ces soirées Crash Course, Fermenthings vous propose une soirée fermentation avec au menu : cours d’introduction théorique, échange des bonnes pratiques et dégustations pour vous mettre sur la bonne vois.
