Description
Papy van de Pils is a light blond beer (low fermentation) from En Stoemelings brewery (Brussels). Samuel and Denys started their project in their university’s kitchen, almost in secret… which explains the brewery’s name « en stoemelings » (meaning using side ways, in secret). They opened their first production location in the Marolles, a famous old quarter in Brussels, before moving north to get a bigger space. They focus on drinkable, but quite heavy, beers as a way of expressing their love for zwanze and parties.
