Description
Amarilis Fermented Sureau is made by L’Annexe in Saint-Gilles (Brussels), which started as a brewery specialised in saison beer before being transformed into a “fermenterie”. Using organic elderflower, Max and Grégoire have created this low-in-alcohol natural fermented drink.
