From first-time kimchi makers to kombucha brewers\, miso stirrers\, and hot sauce experimenters — you are all part of this growing living culture. \nNow it’s time to bring that community back together.The Fermenthings Alumni Gathering is an evening to reconnect\, share what you’ve been fermenting since your workshop\, and celebrate how far this movement has come. \nWhat to expect: \n\n\nTasting table with some of our latest creations \n\n\nOpen exchange corner where everyone can share their own ferments \n\n\nReflections and stories from five years of bubbling experiences \n\n\nA look ahead at what’s next for Urban Fermentory COOP and the future of fermentation in Brussels \n\n\nWhether you joined a single class years ago or have been part of our community from the start\, this evening is for you.
