We are happy to announce the full program of our summer field workshops we will be hosting at CourJette the following months.
Since more then 3 years we are enjoying this little heaven of rest on the outskirts of Brussels.
 
8th May: Introduction to the world of fermentation – theory and tasting
12 June: Field Kimchi – Making a kimchi with what is ready on the field
1 July: Gastronomical Dinner @ Courjette – More info Soon
10 July: Edible flowers and elderflower champagne in collaboration with FleurAkker
21 August: Giardiniera – the taste of italy
11 September: Passata
10 October: Wild Pear Cider production + Green Tomato preservation!

All workshops start at 18h
