This winter we invite you to Fermenthings for a Choucroute Party, an evening where we turn Courjette’s beautiful mountain of cabbages into fresh, crisp sauerkraut together. We bring the cutting tables, tools and knowledge. You bring your hands and a few empty jars.
It’s a simple moment of community: chopping side by side, learning a skill you’ll keep forever, and making sure none of the harvest goes to waste. Everyone goes home with their own jars, and we also prepare a shared batch for Belfood, as a gesture toward our ongoing collaboration.
Courjette/Théo members contribute what they can or want.
External participants pay 10 euro.
