A meeting place for lovers of fermentation

Settled in the North-east of Brussels, we gave ourselves the mission to create a space where you can learn, taste, smell and do anything related to fermentation. Come to a Brunch on Sunday, follow a workshop in the week, buy some of the best fermentation craftsmanship from Europe or start creating your own product in our Lab

In full DIY-spirit, but with the expertise of a couple of years fermenting everything we build up a set of interesting workshops and tasting events. From making your first Sourdough bread to making your own Miso, we try to show all aspects of fermentation in all it's glory

Food

Through our years of activity, we developed multiple forms of catering. At Be-Here we offer every sunday a fermentation themed Brunch, we hold food truck events and have tailor made catering all over Brussels. We want to show how versatile fermentation products can be in our daily diet.

Lab

Lab

Stay Curious and just do it. Those are two internet mantras on which we build our own experimentations. We try to look into each technique, try to understand it and create new and exciting products with it. We are open to multiple forms of collaborations, creating recipes, building knowledge on a certain product, ... Just send us an email.

Shop

Shop

It all started here, and we still have our shop. While the space isn't as big as before we want to bring new producers and their products to our space, to create a moment of exchange. You will find Beer, Saké, Miso, Kombucha, Natural Wine, Cider & Much more. Come have a look on Wednesday, Friday or Sunday

Tombé dans la fermentation après avoir commencé des études de brasseurs, je me suis vite rendu compte la chant de possibilité de la fermentation. Concepteur d'idée et partageur de bonne saveur, mes fermentations favorite sont le Kimchi et les sauces piquantes!
